Questions about billing
Can I change plans?
Yes, any time, from inside the app. Billing runs through Shopify, so a plan change shows up on the Shopify invoice you already get — there's no separate card on file with us.
What happens if I grow past my tier?
You'll see a notice in the app asking you to move up a tier so new products keep syncing. Nothing that already synced is removed, and your Drive folder is left exactly as it is.
What happens to my images if I uninstall?
Nothing. They're in your Google Drive, in your folders, under your Google account. Uninstalling InfiniteSync removes our access — it doesn't remove your files. That's the whole point of keeping the backup in a Drive you own.
